Day 23: A picture of your favorite book.
Harry Potter! I was slow to get on the bandwagon and boy am I glad I did! I remember in middle school, everyone was reading Harry Potter and I thought it was so silly. Then, Danielle read it, Emily read it, and I thought ok, I'll give it a try. BEST CHOICE EVER! I am so excited for the 2nd half of the movie, but at the same time, I feel like that is the end of the end and I am not ready for that. Harry, Ron, and Hermione are like my BFFs. It's just such a fun escape. When I'm reading, I actually feel like I live at Hogwarts and it is all so real. It never even crosses my mind that I'm reading fiction. That is what makes a good book as far as I'm concerned. I feel like if I say "LUMOS!" that a light will come one. I feel like Snape is a total Jerk, but when it comes down to it, he'll have my back. I feel like Dumbledore is someone I can rely on. I really feel these things when I'm reading. And most of all, I feel like Harry has the biggest heart of any person ever!
This picture was taken at the book midnight release! Em and I went and it was well worth it and so fun! I wish I could go back to that night and re-read the book for the 1st time. I love you Harry Potter!

Ah, what an exciting night. It makes me wonder if I took that very picture! I can't believe you were in MIDDLE SCHOOL when HP began. I was in beauty school. Crazy.
I love this. It seriously makes me happy! I feel the same way...I always think, oh wouldn't it be great if I could read hp for the first time again? I've never experienced a series quite like that...I'm wondering if I ever will again! I hope you've started Gilmore girls cause it sounds like em and I are right on just about everything :)
It took me awhile to join too. Darren gave me the first book for Christmas as a joke, and then I read it in one day as I worked in the BYUI locker room over christmas break. And my life has never been the same, ha ha ha!!! AMAZING!!!! I want to see the last movie with you!
I'm excited to read it with Easton when he's old enough, I think that will be so much fun!!
And yes...GILMORE GIRLS!!! BEST SHOW EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, and the art thing. DO IT!! I be you would paint something awesome, and how cool would it be to have something you painted hanging in your house?
Oh dear.... I still haven't jumped on the bandwagon... maybe someday though. I mean-- I'm not opposed... and who knows-by the time that I do... I can get all the books for cheap and the movies, too! :)
That is one of favorite pictures, the joy is just oozing from you two. I love Harry Potter too because you girls did and it did seem like you were really living the adventure with them. I'll always feel bad that I feel asleep in the movie when we went at midnight:)
